SketchCop Solutions is pleased to announce the launch of SketchCop REMOTE. Our new online service connects law enforcement with a skilled, qualified forensic artist. Agencies without access to a forensic artist can now request an appointment with only the click of a mouse.
Today’s technology makes it possible for SketchCop Solutions to connect with anyone in the world. For example, we were recently contacted by a potential client in Romania who wanted to book a sketch appointment. Because of our desire to work with law enforcement, he was referred back to his home country for investigative follow-up and a local, well-qualified forensic artist to provide him assistance.
Here at home, SketchCop Solutions provides remote contract forensic facial imaging services to the Baltimore, MD Police Department, the largest known municipal law enforcement agency in the United States to use such a service.
SketchCop Solutions is Law Enforcement’s Source for Facial Imaging and Identification. Our mission is to provide the best-in-class customer experience through continuous innovation as well as high quality and professional standards.
Because of our philosophy, we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all solution to creating facial composites. We recognize that some in law enforcement prefer the more traditional approach that SketchCop REMOTE offers, while others prefer a facial composite software solution, like SketchCop FACETTE, our signature software product used by law enforcement agencies throughout the United States and Canada.
To make sure SketchCop Solutions remains in the forefront of facial imaging technology, we recently became a Certified Adobe® Partner/Reseller. This allows us to supply our clients with the latest high-quality photo-imaging software they can apply to facial imaging projects, as well as receiving relevant training.
As we further penetrate the facial imaging market, we will be looking towards 3-D scanning solutions and facial recognition technology. Adapting new technology is part of our commitment to remain – Law Enforcement’s Source for Facial Imaging and Identification.
