SketchCop® Solutions, Inc. securely stores your data at using an SQL database on Google Cloud Platform (US central), the database is not publicly available.
- Following is the information we continuously store about users: Mac and IP addresses, user agent, account creation date and time, SketchCop last used date and time, client or company name, operating system, SketchCop version and language used, SketchCop license start and end dates, Email, Phone number (if provided).
- SketchCop® Solutions, Inc. will keep your data and will only delete it upon request only. Once requested, you will no longer be a client, and we will delete all the data that was continuously stored by running SQL queries based on your unique identifier in the database.
- Data collected through Google Analytics is stored on Google’s secure servers. Key points include:
- Data Security: Google uses advanced security measures to protect the data collected, including encryption and access controls.
- Data Retention Settings: Google Analytics allows us to set data retention periods. We can choose how long to retain user and event data before it is automatically deleted, with options ranging from 14 months to unlimited retention.
